📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of data scientists to achieve long-term vision.
• Drive end-to-end DS projects with Product & Engineering to inform strategy.
• Analyze large datasets to understand marketplace dynamics and optimize.

• Create and implement A/B testing and experimentation for ads performance.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or Master’s in quantitative field; MS: 8+ yrs exp; PhD: 6+ yrs exp.
• 4+ years of management experience (managing managers is a bonus).
• Strong programming: Python or R and SQL.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude, or similar LLMs).
• Deep understanding of Ads Marketplace.
• Extensive online experimentation and causal inference expertise.
• Ability to communicate low-level tech and high-level strategies.
