Build and operate production-grade data platforms for IMO's products, analytics, and ML
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for batch and incremental processing
Work with cloud data platforms (AWS + Databricks) to ingest, transform, and serve data
Model data with analytics-ready, product-friendly data models
Apply strong software engineering practices: version control, testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
Collaborate with product, analytics, and AI teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in a technical field with 5+ years, or 7+ years
Proven experience building end-to-end production data platforms
Proficiency in Python and SQL with maintainable, tested code
Deep cloud data platforms experience, especially AWS and Databricks/Spark
Strong SQL with complex transforms; Airflow or equivalent
Analytics data modeling and familiarity with CI/CD and IaC (Git, Terraform)
