Design, build, and operate data pipelines processing terabytes daily with Airflow/Composer and BigQuery
Own end-to-end data models and transformations powering analytics and ML features
Build and maintain embedded analytics infra the merchants interact with
Evolve data platform on GCP: BigQuery, Cloud SQL, AlloyDB, CDC datastreams
Improve data quality and reliability via testing, observability, alerting, and validation
Own data lineage, metadata, and docs; prep data layer for agentic/LLM use with clear metrics

🎯 Requirements

5–8 years building and operating production data systems
Strong SQL; proficient in Python; comfortable building APIs
Cloud stacks (GCP preferred) incl BigQuery, ELT, and Airflow
Deep data modeling: dimensional modeling, SCDs, incremental processing
Data quality, lineage, and observability as core concerns
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
