- Drive strategic analyses that identify key growth opportunities for EarnIn across Product and Marketing
- Partner with the Product and Marketing teams to design and run experiments
- Upgrade EarnIn’s experimentation stack by implementing tools such as Sequential Testing, Bayesian testing, and CUPED
- Partner with the Machine Learning Engineering team to design and build models that can customize our LCM experience
- Monitor and proactively surface/troubleshoot any problems across the key business metrics and drive resolution of these issues
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics/product analytics/data science in a B2C role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, email, push notification, SMS)
- Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments
- Expert skillset in SQL and experience with Python or R
- Practical knowledge of state-of-the-art experimentation tools such as Sequential Testing and CUPED
