🎯 Requirements

4+ years in marketing/product analytics in a B2C role
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Experience with growth functions such as SEO, referrals, lifecycle marketing
Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments
Expert SQL; Python or R experience
Ability to extract insights from large data sets and translate into actions
Fintech experience is a bonus
