Collaborate with ML Engineering to design models for EarnIn’s core product.
Monitor metrics, surface issues, and drive resolution across key business metrics.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in product analytics/data science in a B2C role
Strong product intuition to drive business/customer impact
Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments
Expert SQL skills; Python or R
Knowledge of Sequential Testing, Champion/Challenger, CUPED
Knowledge of machine learning techniques
