- Run experiments and analyze data to improve capacity and reduce tool variation

- Lead root cause analysis on equipment issues (vacuum, RF, gas delivery)

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering, materials science, or STEM
- 5+ years owning/maintaining CVD/PECVD equipment in high-volume manufacturing
- Experience handling flammable, toxic, corrosive, and hazardous chemicals safely
- 7+ years hands-on CVD/PECVD experience in a high-volume production environment
- Strong knowledge of vacuum systems, RF plasma, gas delivery, MFCs, and temperature control hardware
- Experience with heterojunction (HJT) silicon solar cell manufacturing equipment
- Proficiency with JMP, Minitab and reliability engineering principles
