  • Install, qualify, maintain, and improve high-throughput PECVD for HJT cells
  • Drive equipment reliability and uptime for very large-volume production
  • Run experiments and analyze data to improve capacity and reduce tool variation
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance and spare parts programs
  • Lead root cause analysis on equipment issues (vacuum, RF, gas delivery)
  • Collaborate with Process Engineers to implement new process requirements

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering, materials science, or STEM
  • 5+ years owning/maintaining CVD/PECVD equipment in high-volume manufacturing
  • Experience handling flammable, toxic, corrosive, and hazardous chemicals safely
  • 7+ years hands-on CVD/PECVD experience in a high-volume production environment
  • Strong knowledge of vacuum systems, RF plasma, gas delivery, MFCs, and temperature control hardware
  • Experience with heterojunction (HJT) silicon solar cell manufacturing equipment
  • Proficiency with JMP, Minitab and reliability engineering principles
