🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with SaaS background.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Operate with autonomy and minimal oversight.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Build relationships with VP and C-Level executives.
  • Deep Smartsheet CS expertise; mentor peers; certifications within 6 months.
