  • Senior CSM for Health Plans and Digital Health
  • Own client relationships end-to-end from onboarding to renewal
  • Lead technical onboarding and data ingestion with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or TAM within Enterprise SaaS
  • Experience with health plans, payers, or regulated industries
  • Managed enterprise-level accounts ($1M+ ARR or equivalent)
  • Familiar with data products, APIs, and onboarding/integration workflows
  • Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems
  • Cross-functional delivery with Product & Engineering teams
