  • 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
  • State & Local Government (SLG) experience preferred
  • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders in large enterprises
  • Build credibility and trust with customers and internal teams
  • Maintain valuable, outcome-based relationships with diverse accounts
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; willing to travel
