- 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
- State & Local Government (SLG) experience preferred
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders in large enterprises
- Build credibility and trust with customers and internal teams
- Maintain valuable, outcome-based relationships with diverse accounts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; willing to travel
