  • Serve as primary strategic contact for enterprise accounts
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and retention
  • Own account strategy, including implementation/adoption and renewal readiness
  • Lead executive reviews, articulating KPIs, ROI, and strategic impact
  • Identify risks and opportunities to mitigate churn and grow
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related B2B SaaS
  • Experience owning complex, high-ARR enterprise accounts
  • Strong project management across multi-threaded initiatives
  • Life Sciences experience preferred; Medical Affairs or Clinical a plus
  • Proven renewals management, risk mitigation, and expansion ability
  • Excellent communication and executive relationship skills
