🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in English and native Arabic are required.
  • 7+ years in customer success, technical account management, or related roles.
  • Experience managing a fast-growing book of accounts with ARR from ~$200k to multi-million.
  • Experience with KPIs like Gross Dollar Retention, Net Dollar Retention, Renewal Rate, Logo Retention, NPS, CSAT.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Professional Services and Partner motions.
  • Big data tech knowledge (Hadoop, Spark) is preferred.
