- Continuously advise on leveraging Dataiku from design to production.
- Establish regular touchpoints and monitor value delivery with customers.
π― Requirements
- Fluency in English and native Arabic are required.
- 7+ years in customer success, technical account management, or related roles.
- Experience managing a fast-growing book of accounts with ARR from ~$200k to multi-million.
- Experience with KPIs like Gross Dollar Retention, Net Dollar Retention, Renewal Rate, Logo Retention, NPS, CSAT.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Professional Services and Partner motions.
- Big data tech knowledge (Hadoop, Spark) is preferred.
