📋 Description

  • Manage portfolio of enterprise Public Sector customers to maximize ROI.
  • Own onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewals, and expansion lifecycle.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews with C-suite to link AI to value.

  • Drive ROI and measurable outcomes across onboarding to expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in customer-facing roles (CS/presales/consulting) with renewals/expansion.
  • Deep FP&A or Supply Chain Planning expertise with EPM/Analytics knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate platform capabilities into business value for customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree; CA/MBA a plus.
