  • Own enterprise customer portfolio; manage onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion.
  • Act as strategic advisor to drive ROI with Anaplan and AI.
  • Lead executive reviews with C-suite; align platform value to priorities.
  • Establish a Center of Excellence governance to scale adoption.
  • Monitor usage and sponsorship; identify risks; protect renewals.
  • Identify expansion opportunities; partner with Sales for pipeline growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer-facing roles (CS, presales, or consulting) with renewals/expansion.
  • Deep FP&A or Supply Chain Planning expertise; strong EPM & Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; consultative.
  • Ability to translate platform capabilities into business value.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or CA a plus.
