  • Deliver live vILT for Admin Enablement and Whatโ€™s New sessions.
  • Design, iterate, and scale training curricula with product SMEs.
  • Mentor peers, lead training strategy, and drive content development.
  • Represent Education in cross-functional initiatives and customer events.
  • Lead special projects, pilot new formats, and explore AI for ILT.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6+ years in instructional delivery, technical training, or customer enablement.
  • Strong software product knowledge, esp. incentive compensation, SaaS, or analytics.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
  • Experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, zuddl) and LMS tools (Docebo).
  • Experience training users on Varicent or similar compensation platforms.
