🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 5+ years hands-on mech/structural hardware experience.
- 2+ years crane lifting, rigging, or transport ops.
- Experience with SOLIDWORKS or Siemens NX CAD.
- Advanced proficiency in ANSYS or FEMAP.
- Cranes cert NCCCO/NCCER or PE preferred.
- Willing to work weekends and nights and travel up to 25%.
