📋 Description

• Build relationships with regulators globally on content regulation and online safety.
• Lead responses to regulatory inquiries, coordinating with internal experts and outside counsel.
• Draft materials for regulatory engagements, including submissions and position papers.
• Defend the company in regulatory enforcement matters.
• Provide strategic legal guidance on emerging regulatory requirements.
• Monitor legislation and regulatory guidance applicable to Pinterest.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• 5+ years post-qualification advising on content, platform, or regulatory issues.
• Experience engaging directly with regulators and managing inquiries, investigations, enforcement matters.
• Strong experience applying global privacy, content, and technology laws.
• Excellent judgment and integrity, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, practical responses.
