Represent SpaceX in litigation matters, focusing on Texas state and local issues.
Manage labor, employment, consumer, contractual, and discovery disputes.
Direct litigation strategy; draft and review discovery, pleadings, and briefs.
Advise internal teams on escalating pre-litigation disputes.
Deepen relationships with local and state-level legal communities and judiciary.

🎯 Requirements

JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, including law firm, in-house, and/or government.
Litigation experience, including trial/arbitration and in-court experience.
First or second chair trial experience, primarily in Texas state and federal courts.
Top-tier law school graduate with strong academic performance.
Bar membership in Texas; willing to travel up to 10%; onsite in Starbase, TX.
