π― Requirements
- 5-10 years of substantive patent prosecution, counseling, and/or litigation, with at least 3 years with an operating company or agency.
- Technical degree in physics, mechanical, electrical engineering, or computer science.
- Experience supporting commercial contracts (components, materials, and equipment) and joint development/manufacturing agreements.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Authorized to practice law in a US state, or equivalent IP experience.
