JD with 8+ years in legal; 2+ years in-house at tech company.
Experience counseling on AI, IP/copyright, safety, and privacy.
Excellent judgment and integrity with strong communication.
Process-driven, results-oriented; able to prioritize and resolve quickly.
Strategic thinker with pragmatic solutions.
Strong PM skills; build scalable programs and drive cross-functional initiatives.
