- Own end-to-end cost accounting, including standard costing, inventory, WIP, COGS, reserves, and reconciliation
- Maintain, roll, and validate costs: ensure accuracy of BoMs, routing, labor, and overhead rates
- Lead monthly and quarterly cost close, including manufacturing variances and inventory accounting
- Perform detailed variance analysis (PPV, material usage, labor efficiency, overhead)
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and field ops to track cost drivers
- Ensure inventory controls and accurate valuation across warehouses
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years cost accounting experience in manufacturing or assembly
- Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory control
- Experience with NetSuite (ERP), Arena (PLM), Tulip (MES)
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
