- Maintain deep understanding of agentic commerce, fraud, identity, and payments ecosystems.
- Build a prioritized pipeline of acquisitions and partnerships with cross-functional theses.
- Hybrid work model: blend in-person and remote; hub-based staff in office 3 days/week.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, consulting, PE/VC, with hands-on M&A and partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record leading end-to-end M&A and partnership processes: sourcing, diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration.
- Experience in high-growth tech environments, preferably fintech, fraud, identity, payments, e-commerce, or AI/ML data platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytics; develop investment theses and build/buy/partner frameworks.
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and business case development; partner with Finance and Legal on returns and capital allocation.
