- Experience with tech transactions and commercial contracts (SaaS, MSA, DPA).
- Experience supporting M&A due diligence, transactions, and post-close integration.
- Privacy laws incl. GDPR/CCPA; advise on data protection matters.
- Experience advising on employment matters and policy/compliance issues.
