Draft, review, negotiate and manage in-house and third-party contracts (global)
Draft de novo contract language to address business and legal issues
Identify legal issues and risks; communicate to internal decision-makers
Serve as contracts liaison for International, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, IT, HR, Finance, PM
Provide practical, solution-oriented contractual and business advice
Ensure contract terms align with company policies

🎯 Requirements

3+ years at an Am Law 100 firm
4+ years in-house counsel experience
Extensive review/drafting of CDA, MSA, SOW
J.D. from accredited law school; 8+ years related experience
Bar admission in state of residence
Pharma or medical device experience a plus
