- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts (domestic and international).
- Draft de novo contract language to address business and legal issues.
- Identify legal issues and risks; communicate with decision-makers.

- Provide practical, solution-oriented contracting advice; ensure policy alignment.

🎯 Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school; 8+ years related experience.
- Bar admission in state of residence.
- At least 3 years at an Am Law 100 firm.
- Pharma/biotech contracts experience (pharma, devices, OTC, cosmetics).
- 5+ years in commercial organizations; contract mgmt systems experience.
- Strong written/spoken communication; ability to explain complex concepts.
