  • 1–3 years in media buying, creative strategy, or related performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, creative best practices, and measurement tools.
  • Ability to drive measurable results; experience in a subscription-based model is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Skill in crafting clear briefs and providing constructive, actionable feedback.
