- Domain Expertise (Nice to Have): Experience in regulated industries.
- Scalability & Frameworks: Design reusable frameworks and scalable patterns.
- Prototyping & Innovation: Create demos/prototypes of agentic AI capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent written/verbal skills to convey requirements to stakeholders.
