🎯 Requirements
- 3–6+ years in delivery/consulting/client-facing tech roles (RPA).
- End-to-end delivery of short-cycle projects (3–6 months).
- Direct exposure to UiPath or other RPA (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Strong Agile experience: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe/LeSS.
- Experience with executive relationships and scope/change control.
- Commercial acumen: margins, scope, value-based delivery.
