Assist clients in implementing, setting up, and managing Zscaler solutions.
Serve as a technical anchor to integrate Zscaler’s cloud security platform per customer needs.
Collaborate with Professional Services to ensure customer success.
Lead testing and troubleshooting; escalate to Support/Engineering as needed.
Provide regular status reports and travel for after-hours Sev1 support as required.

🎯 Requirements

Active US Government Public Trust security clearance required.
6+ years experience as Resident Engineer, PS Consultant, Architect, or Support Engineer.
IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS; Proxy; SSL Inspection; SAML/LDAP.
Experience deploying routers/firewalls, IPS/IDS; multi-OS admin.
Proficient in Wireshark, tcpdump, and Traceroute.
