📋 Description

• Work with marketing and sales to develop new business
• Manage complex projects and programs
• Help customers develop long-term strategies
• Support Esri software implementations across industries
• Foster community among customers, distributors, and partners
• Influence key business processes via technology
• Lead project teams through requirements, design, build, and implementation
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables; QA and risk control
• Establish and expand relationships with customers, partners, distributors
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop business into new markets
• Lead proposals and win work; escalate to ensure completion
• Support the development of others through our network of teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years designing, implementing, and administering geospatial tech (ArcGIS)
• Clearly communicate technical ideas to peers, PMs, and customers
• Translate business goals into technical solutions
• Win new work with sales; proposal mgmt: scope, staffing, pricing
• Leverage ArcGIS: mapping, field ops, spatial analytics, 3D, data mgmt, APIs
• Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to learn
• Thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team
• Visa sponsorship not available; US work authorization required
• Bachelor’s in geography, CS, GIS, information systems, or related STEM
