🎯 Requirements
- 4-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
- ITAM (Hardware & Software Asset Management) expertise.
- CMDB & CSDM design; Service Mapping & Discovery patterns.
- AIOps modules (Event Mgmt, Health, Predictive AIOps, Log Analytics, Cloud Observability).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, REST/SOAP.
- Experience integrating monitoring/automation tools.
- Strong ITIL v4 / ITOM knowledge and enterprise service modeling.
- Multi-cloud/hybrid infra experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
