- Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders and translate outputs into docs.
- Produce PDDs/BRDs and user stories with clarity.
- Experience with Agile, sprints, and backlog grooming.
- RPA/automation project exposure is a plus.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and attention to detail.
