Coordinate facilities projects with vendors to meet standards and delivery
Plan/direct construction activities of internal resources and subcontractors; lead coordination meetings
Maintain daily logs, progress and financial reports for facilities construction
Enforce subcontractor contracts and communicate discrepancies
Approve subcontractor work and address related issues
Maintain a safe site per OSHA requirements and applicable regulations

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
8+ years in the construction industry
4+ years leading multi-trade coordination on site
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, concrete, framing
Proficient with Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat
Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment
