📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day site management of a fast-paced construction project.
• Own project schedules, deliverables, and site communications.
• Lead a team of laborers and contractors on Hawthorne campus.
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture.
• Coordinate field activities, logistics, and subcontractor work.
• Maintain daily site operations log and manage site assets.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 5+ years in construction with supervisory experience.
• Experience managing employees and contract labor.
• Basic AutoCAD proficiency.
• Knowledge of permitting and environmental agencies.
• Valid CA driver's license; occasional travel may be required.
