Oversee full lifecycle of multi-discipline construction projects to on-time, under-budget delivery.
Develop final cost and schedule, manage scope and invoicing.
Facilitate city, county, and regulatory approvals.
Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors.
Coordinate with end users and facilities team for operations and maintenance.
Interact with contractors, fabricators, and internal customers.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management OR 4+ years CM experience.
8+ years in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
