Sr. Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead full lifecycle project execution from pursuit and estimating through construction and closeout
• Manage design-build and engineer-led projects, coordinating closely with engineering, environmental, and field teams
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
• Direct and coordinate field construction activities, superintendents, subcontractors, and self-perform crews
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and safety standards (OSHA)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years in heavy civil, environmental, or infrastructure construction
• 6+ years leading complex, multi-phase projects (preconstruction through closeout)
• Estimating, scheduling, and construction execution experience
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools
• Strong financial acumen including cost tracking and forecasting
