🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, structural eng, architecture, or construction management
- 5+ years of professional experience in architecture, engineering, construction or facilities management
- 7+ years of experience (preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
- Experience managing multiple vertical projects
- Knowledge of permitting processes and environmental agencies
