📋 Description

  • Support CT clients’ JOC programs via Simplebid platform
  • Coordinate and manage JOC construction projects with clients
  • Work with government agencies and the JOC procurement lifecycle
  • Maintain responsive communication and strong user experiences
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, designers, and account managers
  • Train clients and contractors on Simplebid software

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years related experience, or 4+ years with a relevant bachelor
  • 3+ years JOC (Job Order Contracting) experience
  • Experience in construction management, project management, and public sector procurement
  • Proven client-facing project management or owner's rep experience
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; client-facing
  • Able to troubleshoot software for clients and train on Simplebid
