Layup of flight/development composites hardware using carbon/fiberglass prepregs
Operate vacuum bagging, laser projection, and MES in clean environments
Collaborate with production/engineering to develop and document processes
Maintain safety and shop cleanliness to Relativity standards
Foster an inclusive environment for all team members

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of composites manufacturing in aerospace, automotive, or related fields
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong verbal and written communication with engineering and production
Ability to set up and operate calibrated tools and precision measuring equipment
Experience with MES software to document operations (work orders, data collection, etc.)
