🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of composites manufacturing experience (aerospace, automotive, or similar)
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication with engineering and production
- Experience using forklifts or cranes for critical lifts of flight hardware or tooling
- Ability to interpret cure charts (temperature and pressure) and verify cycles
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software to document operations
