π― Requirements
- 5+ years of composites drilling and mechanical assembly in aerospace or similar
- Fast-paced manufacturing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication with engineering/production
- Forklift/crane ops for lifts of flight hardware and tooling
- Calibrated tools: torque wrenches; metrology: micrometers, calipers
- MES software experience to document manufacturing operations
- FAA A&P certificate a plus
