Drill precision holes in composites and metals using correct drill motors and jigs
Assemble hardware with structural adhesives; torque fasteners; install inserts or rivets
Hand trim composite hardware with cutoff wheels or routers and jigs/tools
Uphold Relativity safety standards and shop cleanliness
Foster an inclusive environment for all team members

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of composites drilling and mechanical assembly in aerospace or similar
Fast-paced manufacturing experience
Strong verbal and written communication with engineering/production
Forklift/crane ops for lifts of flight hardware and tooling
Calibrated tools: torque wrenches; metrology: micrometers, calipers
MES software experience to document manufacturing operations
FAA A&P certificate a plus
