- Experience supporting senior-level hiring, promotions, and exec compensation.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong cross-functional partnership with Finance, Recruiting, HRBPs.
- High ownership mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Nice to have: experience in a product/systems role within People/HR.
- Nice to have: experience at an AI-native company.
