  • Strong systems thinking; translate policy into scalable workflows.
  • Product mindset; focus on users, workflows, and iteration.
  • Experience building internal tools, automation, or AI workflows.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; translate data into decisions.
  • Experience supporting senior-level hiring, promotions, and exec compensation.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership with Finance, Recruiting, HRBPs.
  • High ownership mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Nice to have: experience in a product/systems role within People/HR.
  • Nice to have: experience at an AI-native company.
