Influence global compensation strategy and design, including job leveling and incentives.
Assist in compensation review cycles: administration, distribution, mentoring, and communications.
Develop new salary ranges in expanding markets.
Analyze effectiveness and competitiveness of programs; model potential impacts.
Monitor and interpret pay regulations with HR, Legal and external advisors.
Lead consultations with TA and partners to benchmark compensation using market data and AI.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in compensation analysis or consulting in tech/software.
Ability to communicate with all management levels on sensitive information.
Advanced knowledge of global compensation compliance and local laws.
Strong analytical, project management, and program development skills.
Proficient in Smartsheet, Excel and Google Suite.
Workday experience preferred.
