๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Accounting, Finance
- 5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis
- Knowledge of compensation policies and federal and state wage and hour laws
- Advanced MS Excel experience (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas)
- Strong knowledge of competitive market/salary surveys
- Strong analytical skills
