🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business, or economics
4-6 years in compensation or HR partner roles with end-to-end scope
Advanced analytical skills (Excel) and problem solving
Proficient with Word and PowerPoint
Experience managing highly complex projects
International compensation experience a plus
