  • Serve as Compensation Partner for a line of business; advise on offers and pay structures.
  • Own major compensation programs (pay equity, year-end cycles, stock processes).
  • Design and communicate global compensation programs that are market-competitive and scalable.
  • Conduct job evaluations and leveling to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Partner with HRBP and Talent Acquisition on complex offers; guide leaders with market context.
  • Lead annual salary planning, incentive design, and equity reviews; coordinate with HRIS/Payroll/Stock.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business or economics.
  • 4-6 years of progressive compensation/HR partner experience.
  • Advanced analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing highly complex projects.
  • International compensation experience is a plus.
