🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
  • 4-6 years in compensation/HR; lead end-to-end programs with automation.
  • Advanced Excel and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing highly complex projects.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
  • International compensation experience a plus.
  • Exposure to benefits projects is a plus.
