- Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
- 4-6 years in compensation/HR; lead end-to-end programs with automation.
- Advanced Excel and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing highly complex projects.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
- International compensation experience a plus.
- Exposure to benefits projects is a plus.
