🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics.
  • 4-6 years of progressive compensation and/or HR partner experience.
  • Advanced analytical skills in Excel; proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing highly complex projects.
  • Excellent time management; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • International compensation experience is a plus; exposure to Benefits projects.
