🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics
- 4-6 years of progressive compensation and/or HR partner experience
- Advanced analytical skills (Excel) and problem-solving
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Experience managing highly complex projects
- International compensation experience is a plus
