🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics
  • 4-6 years of progressive compensation and/or HR partner experience
  • Advanced analytical skills (Excel) and problem-solving
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing highly complex projects
  • International compensation experience is a plus
