π― Requirements
- Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics.
- 4-6 years of progressive compensation and/or HR partner experience.
- Advanced analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing highly complex projects.
- Excellent time management.
